Compact at 900mm wide, the Skipio SHR9-1 is a salad prep fridge with a pan well on top, a hood lid to cover it, and a single door cabinet underneath. It comes with 8 x 1/6 GN pans and holds 0°C to +8°C, so it suits sandwich bars, cafes and small kitchens that need ingredients ready to assemble. It's the smallest of the SHR hood lid range, and the SSR9-1 is a lower buffet-style alternative without the hood.

Good to know before you buy:
- What's included: 8 x 1/6 GN pans come with it.
- Airflow: warm air exits at the back and side, so Skipio asks for at least 50mm from walls. Leave room on the left-hand side where the motor is.
- Power: standard 10 A plug, straight into a wall outlet.
- Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
