Three drawers on one side and a wide door with a shelf on the other: that's the layout of the Skipio SUR15-3D-3, a 1500mm underbench fridge. It holds 395 litres at 0°C to +8°C, giving busy cooks quick drawer access to their mise en place plus cabinet space for bulk items. The SUR15-3D-6 is the all-drawer version of this cabinet, and the SUR12-3D-3 is the 1200mm equivalent.

Good to know before you buy:
- Drawer clearance: allow about 527mm in front for the drawers to open fully. Total depth with a drawer out is 1227mm.
- Airflow: warm air exits at the back and side, so leave at least 50mm from walls and space at the left-hand end where the motor is, as Skipio advises.
- Power: standard 10 A plug, connected directly to a wall outlet.
- Access: 1500mm wide and 107 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.

Each drawer takes one 1/1 GN pan, per Skipio's drawing. Pans aren't listed as included, so ask us if you need them.
How often should I clean the condenser?
Skipio recommends brushing it once a month. Pull off the front easy cover and lift out the magnetic screen to get to it.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It's plug-in and runs from a standard 10 A outlet.
