The Skipio SUR12-3D-3 mixes storage styles in one 1200mm underbench fridge: a stack of three drawers for the ingredients you reach for constantly, plus one door with a shelf for bulkier items. It holds 280 litres at 0°C to +8°C, which suits grill stations, cafe kitchens and pizza lines. If you want drawers across the full width, the SUR12-3D-6 has six drawers in the same size cabinet.

Good to know before you buy:
- Drawer clearance: allow about 527mm in front for the drawers to open fully (1227mm total depth with a drawer out).
- Airflow: keep at least 50mm between the cabinet and walls, as Skipio vents warm air at the back and side, and leave the left-hand side clear for the motor.
- Power: standard 10 A plug into a wall outlet.
- Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
