Skipio SUR12-3D-6 - Underbench Drawer Fridge - 1200mm
Six drawers across a 1200mm cabinet make the Skipio SUR12-3D-6 an organised station fridge, with each drawer holding its own 1/1 GN pan of ingredients. It stores 280 litres at 0°C to +8°C and is a natural fit under a grill, fryer bench or sandwich line. Unlike the SUR12-3D-3, there's no door: every bit of storage is in drawers.

Good to know before you buy:
- Drawer clearance: with a drawer open the unit is 1227mm deep, so keep the floor space in front clear.
- Airflow: Skipio asks for at least 50mm from walls and space on the left-hand side by the motor, because warm air exits at the back and side.
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 A wall outlet, not an extension lead.
- Access: 106 kg, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.

Skipio's spec sheet doesn't list pans as included. Each drawer takes one 1/1 GN pan. Ask us for a price on pans.
How do the drawers compare to the SUR12-2 doors?
Same 280 litre cabinet, but the SUR12-3D-6 has six pull-out drawers where the SUR12-2 has two doors and shelves.
Does it need plumbing?
No drain connection is listed. Defrost water goes to a condensate tray, so keep the unit level.
