The Skipio SUR9-3D-3 swaps the door of a 900mm underbench fridge for three pull-out drawers, so cooks can grab ingredients without bending down to reach into a cabinet. It holds 179 litres at 0°C to +8°C and each drawer takes a full-size 1/1 GN pan, making it a handy station fridge for grills, pizza ovens and sandwich lines. It's the compact entry to Skipio's drawer range, with the SUR12-3D-6 offering six drawers in a 1200mm cabinet.

Good to know before you buy:
- Drawer clearance: the drawers pull out about 527mm, so the unit needs 1227mm of depth with a drawer open. Make sure there's room in front of it.
- Airflow: Skipio asks for at least 50mm from walls, as warm air exits at the back and side, plus space on the left-hand side where the motor sits.
- Power: standard 10 A plug, straight into a wall outlet.
- Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
