The Bonvue SL860V is a large 1800mm squared glass showcase for busy cafes and bakeries that want pastries, cakes, wraps, sandwiches and light meals on show in one long, chilled run. It holds 870 litres of gross volume across four lit display levels at +2°C to +8°C. Compared with the curved-glass SL860 of the same width, it gives you 210 litres more space and a lower power rating (1023W versus 1270W).

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: at 287 kg and roughly 1850mm long packed, this is a big unit to move, so check every doorway and turn on the way in. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; carrying it inside isn't part of standard delivery.
• Power: a standard 10 A power point is enough.
• Airflow: leave room around the cabinet and don't block the vents.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It is a plug-in cabinet on a 10 A plug with self-evaporating drainage, so it doesn't need an electrician or plumber to connect it.
