The Taurus Rowzer Plus is a frozen food processor that lets restaurants, dessert bars and cafes create a wide range of ice creams and sorbets quickly, processing only the portions they need. Preparations are frozen in its containers, ideally to about -22°C, then the 2000rpm blade processes them into ice cream, sorbet or a new frozen texture. It comes with six 1 litre containers with lids (800ml maximum fill), has an easy to read LCD screen and comes apart easily for cleaning. Unlike the MyCook models, it is built for frozen preparations rather than cooking.
