The FED Thermaster BD600F is a 600 litre heavy-duty chest freezer with two AISI 304 stainless steel hinged lids, so staff can open one side at a time. It suits restaurants, takeaways and food retailers storing frozen stock in bulk, holding -22°C to -18°C with a digital controller, LED lights and a lock. It comes with 6 removable baskets and sits between the single-lid BD520F and the larger BD750F.

Good to know before you buy:
- Clearances: leave 300mm at the rear for ventilation. FED says no side clearance is needed.
- Defrosting: it is a manual defrost freezer, so defrost it from time to time.
- Power: supplied with a 10 A plug and lead.
- Access: the carton is about 1850mm long, 775mm deep and 1032mm high. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
