The FED Thermaster PG150FA-XG is a cold salad and noodle bar with a tempered glass canopy, 1460mm wide, holding 4 x GN 1/1 pans (up to 150mm deep) at +1°C to +5°C with 'blown well' cross-flow fan cooling. LED lighting, clear sliding serving doors, a 220mm deep chopping board and a refrigerated storage cabinet underneath make it a self-contained cold servery.
