The FED Thermaster TL1800TN-15P is the largest TL saladette: 1800mm wide with 15 x 1/3 GN pan openings and 469 litres of ventilated refrigerated storage below. It suits busy salad bars, sandwich shops and catering kitchens that run a long line of ingredients. Like the smaller TL900TN-6P, TL1200TN-9P and TL1500TN-12P, it uses an electronic thermostat with LED display, auto defrost and 60mm insulation.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: the carton is about 1830 x 730 x 901 mm. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
- Pans and covers: pans and pan covers must be used to hold temperature, as FED specifies.
- Airflow: keep the vents clear and leave some space around the unit, and site it away from heat sources (rated to 32°C).
