The True TGN-2F-2S doubles up on 2/1 gastronorm freezer storage: two solid doors, 883 litres net and 6 shelves, all sized for full 2/1 GN pans. It holds -23°C and is rated heavy duty, Climate Class 5, for rooms up to 40°C, which suits busy production and banquet kitchens freezing food in pans. It's the two-door version of the TGN-1F-1S, and unlike True's 1375 mm T-49F-HC (rated to 30°C) it is built to cope in a hot kitchen.
