For a high-volume sandwich line, the Williams Jade Sandwich HJ3SCBA gives you 24 x 1/6 GN pans in a blown-air well and 750 litres of refrigerated storage behind three solid doors, in a counter almost 2.5 metres long. It is the largest model in the Australian-made Jade Sandwich range, suited to canteens, large cafes, caterers and franchise sandwich shops that prep for a crowd. Like its smaller siblings, the HJ1SCBA and HJ2SCBA, it holds +1°C to +4°C and runs from a standard 10 amp plug. The HJ3SCBASS is the stainless steel version, and you can order either with or without the square glass canopy.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: this counter is 2476mm long, 771mm deep and 240 kg. Plan the route in before it arrives, including the width of the doorway and any turns, and have help on hand. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
- Canopy: With canopy includes the square glass sneeze guard over the pans. Without canopy (HJ3SCBA-000-N) is the same cabinet and well with no guard.
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp power point with a 2 m cable. No electrician is needed.
- Airflow: the condenser is front mounted, so keep the grille clear and wash the filter regularly. Allow a duct opening for the condenser exhaust if the counter is built into joinery.
- Drain: none needed. The vaporiser evaporates defrost water.

How many pans does it hold?
24 x 1/6 GN pans, 100mm deep, are included and fit in 2 rows of 12. If you prefer larger pans, the same opening takes 1 row of 12 x 1/3 GN pans.
Does it need a special power point?
No. It draws 4.8 A when running and plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet.
Can it be fitted with locks or sit on legs?
Yes. Cylindrical locks, 150mm adjustable legs instead of castors, larger castors for a 900mm bench height, black Colorbond and extra shelves are options at the time of order. Ask us for details.
