The Williams Jade Pizza HJ3PCBA is the full-length pizza prep counter in the Jade range, with 13 x 1/3 GN pans in a raised, angled blown-air well and 1070 litres of storage behind three self-closing doors. That is enough for a busy pizzeria to keep every topping out and a full day of dough trays chilled, all at +1°C to +4°C. It is made in Australia, 2476mm wide, and still runs from a standard 10 amp plug. The HJ1PCBA and HJ2PCBA are the one and two door versions, and the HJ3PCBASS is this counter in stainless steel.

Yes. The Jade Pizza body is 830mm deep and 870mm high, deeper and taller than the Jade Sandwich counters, which is why it holds 1070 litres against 750 litres in the three door sandwich model.
