Williams Jade Pizza HJ3PCBA - 3 Door White Colorbond Pizza Prep Counter Fridge With Blown Air Well 2476mm 1070L

Williams Jade Pizza HJ3PCBA - 3 Door White Colorbond Pizza Prep Counter Fridge With Blown Air Well 2476mm 1070L

The Williams Jade Pizza HJ3PCBA is the full-length pizza prep counter in the Jade range, with 13 x 1/3 GN pans in a raised, angled blown-air well and 1070 litres of storage behind three self-closing doors. That is enough for a busy pizzeria to keep every topping out and a full day of dough trays chilled, all at +1°C to +4°C. It is made in Australia, 2476mm wide, and still runs from a standard 10 amp plug. The HJ1PCBA and HJ2PCBA are the one and two door versions, and the HJ3PCBASS is this counter in stainless steel.

Key features:

• Blown-air well with 13 x 1/3 GN pans (150mm deep) included, raised and ergonomically angled
• Refrigerated air over and under all pans, in a fully enclosed stainless steel well
• 1070 litres of storage behind 3 self-closing solid doors, each with a plastic-coated shelf, plus a removable wire grid for easy tray sliding
• Holds +1°C to +4°C, with a high ambient rating for hard-working kitchens
• CoolSmart electronic controller for even temperatures and energy efficiency
• 4622 grade stainless steel worktop with polycarbonate sliding lids over the well
• Removable blown-air ducts and a front-mounted condenser with removable grille and washable filter
• Forced-air refrigeration in a removable cassette for easy servicing
• Waste heat recovery vaporiser, so no drain is needed; swivel and brake castors, threaded for a changeover to legs

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: at 2476mm long, 830mm deep and 240 kg, this counter needs a clear route and a few people to position it. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so measure doorways and corners first.
• Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp power point with a 2 m cable, drawing 5.8 A when running. No electrician is needed.
• Airflow: the condenser is front mounted. Keep the grille clear, wash the filter regularly, and allow a duct opening for the condenser exhaust if the counter is built into joinery.
• Drain: none needed. The vaporiser evaporates defrost water.

Compare similar models:

• Williams HJ2PCBA: two doors, 710 litres and 9 x 1/3 GN pans, 1815mm wide
• Williams HJ1PCBA: single door, 400 litres and 5 x 1/3 GN pans, 1152mm wide
• Williams HJ3SCBA: three door sandwich counter with 24 x 1/6 GN pans, 100mm deep

Common questions:

Is 1070 litres right for a three door counter?
Yes. The Jade Pizza body is 830mm deep and 870mm high, deeper and taller than the Jade Sandwich counters, which is why it holds 1070 litres against 750 litres in the three door sandwich model.

Can the services be on the right-hand side?
Yes. Right-hand services are an option on the Jade Pizza counters at the time of order, along with pan modules, locks, drawers and legs. Ask us.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It plugs into a standard 10 amp power point, so no trade is needed to connect it.
