With nine 1/3 GN pans across a raised, angled blown-air well and 710 litres of storage behind two solid doors, the Williams Jade Pizza HJ2PCBA is sized for a pizzeria or takeaway that tops a steady stream of bases through service. The 150mm deep pans hold a full shift of toppings at +1°C to +4°C, and the cabinet below takes dough trays on a removable wire grid. It is the 1815mm, two door model in the Australian-made Jade Pizza range, between the HJ1PCBA and the HJ3PCBA, and it runs from a standard 10 amp plug. The HJ2PCBASS is the stainless steel version.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: the counter is 1815mm long, 830mm deep and 210 kg, so plan the route in and have help to position it. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp power point with a 2 m cable. No electrician is needed.
- Airflow: the condenser is front mounted, so keep the grille clear and wash the filter regularly. If the counter goes into joinery, allow a duct opening for the condenser exhaust.
