The Williams Jade Pizza HJ2PCBASS is the two door, stainless steel member of the Jade Pizza range: nine 1/3 GN pans in a raised, angled blown-air well, 710 litres of storage for dough trays and toppings, and a stainless steel finish inside and out that stands up to open kitchens and nightly wash-downs. It holds +1°C to +4°C from a 10 amp plug and is designed and built in Australia. At 1815mm wide it sits between the single door HJ1PCBASS and the three door HJ3PCBASS. The HJ2PCBA is the same counter in white Colorbond.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: 1815mm long, 830mm deep, 870mm high on castors and 210 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so measure doorways and turns before you order.

Common questions:
Does it come with a glass canopy?
No. The Jade Pizza counters have polycarbonate sliding lids over the well rather than a glass canopy. If you want a glass sneeze guard, look at the Jade Sandwich counters, which offer one as an option.
Can I split the 1/3 pans into smaller pans?
Yes. Williams offers 2 x 1/6 GN and 3 x 1/9 GN pan modules, supplied with pans, that drop into a 1/3 position. Ask us for a price.
What does "PC" and "BA" in the model code mean?
PC is pizza counter and BA is blown-air well. SS is the stainless steel finish, and the 2 is the number of doors.
