The Williams Jade Sandwich HJ2SCBASS is the stainless steel version of the two door Jade Sandwich counter, for kitchens and front counters where the cabinet is seen by customers or washed down hard every day. It gives you 18 x 1/6 GN pans in a blown-air well, 500 litres of storage behind two solid doors, and a 4622 grade stainless steel worktop with cutting boards, all holding +1°C to +4°C from a 10 amp plug. It is made in Australia, 1815mm wide, and available with or without the square glass canopy. The HJ2SCBA is the white Colorbond version, and the HJ1SCBASS and HJ3SCBASS are the one and three door stainless models.

Good to know before you buy:
- Canopy: With canopy gives you the square glass sneeze guard over the pans. Without canopy (HJ2SCBASS-000-N) has the same open well and cabinet with no guard fitted.
- Access: the counter is 1815mm long, 771mm deep, 845mm high and 210 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check it will fit through doors and corridors.
- Power: standard 10 amp power point, 2 m cable. No electrician is needed.
- Airflow: the condenser breathes through the front grille, so keep it clear and wash the filter. Allow a duct opening for the condenser exhaust if the counter is built into joinery.
- Drain: none needed.

Common questions:
How is the well refrigerated?
It is a blown-air well. Refrigerated air is forced over and under all 18 pans, and the stainless steel well is fully enclosed so nothing drops into the cabinet below. The air ducts lift out for cleaning.
What does the "SS" at the end of the model code mean?
SS is the stainless steel finish, inside and out apart from the underside. BA means blown-air well, and SC means sandwich counter. The white Colorbond version is the HJ2SCBA.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. The counter plugs into a standard 10 amp power point, so no trade is needed to connect it.
