Built in Australia for busy sandwich bars, cafes and takeaways, the Williams Jade Sandwich HJ1SCBASS puts ten 1/6 GN pans in a refrigerated blown-air well above 250 litres of solid door storage. The stainless steel interior and exterior suits open kitchens and front-of-house prep areas where the counter is on show and gets wiped down all day. It holds +1°C to +4°C from a 10 amp plug and is the single door, 1152mm model in the range. The HJ1SCBA is the same counter in white Colorbond, and the HJ2SCBASS and HJ3SCBASS add doors and pans.

Good to know before you buy:
- Canopy: With canopy adds the square glass sneeze guard over the pans. Without canopy (HJ1SCBASS-000-N) is the same counter with an open well, for sites that fit their own guard or do not need one.
- Access: 1152mm wide, 771mm deep and 845mm high on castors, 160 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check doorways and corners on the way in.
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp power point. No electrician is needed.
- Airflow: the condenser draws air through the front grille. Keep it clear, wash the filter regularly, and allow a duct opening for the condenser exhaust if you build the counter into joinery.
- Drain: none needed, the vaporiser handles defrost water.

Common questions:
Is the whole counter stainless steel?
The interior and exterior are stainless steel, apart from the underside, and the worktop is 4622 grade stainless. A stainless steel underside is an option at the time of order.
Does it need a drain or plumbing?
No. Defrost water goes to a waste heat recovery vaporiser, so you only need a 10 amp power point.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It plugs into a standard power point, so no trade is needed to connect it. If you want a remote version without a condensing unit, ask us, as that must be connected by a licensed refrigeration mechanic.
