The Williams Jade Sandwich HJ1SCBA is a single door sandwich and salad prep counter, made in Australia for cafes, sandwich bars and takeaways that build orders to go. The blown-air well on top keeps ten 1/6 GN pans at +1°C to +4°C, with 250 litres of refrigerated storage behind a solid door underneath, all from a standard 10 amp plug. At 1152mm wide it is the compact model in the range: the HJ2SCBA and HJ3SCBA add doors and pans, and the HJ1SCBASS is the same counter finished in stainless steel. You can order it with the square glass canopy or without.

Good to know before you buy:
- Canopy: choose With canopy for the square glass sneeze guard over the well, or Without canopy if you do not need one. The cabinet, well and pans are the same either way.
- Access: the counter is 1152mm wide, 771mm deep and 845mm high on its castors, and weighs 160 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check doorways and the route to its final spot.
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp power point with a 2 m cable. No electrician is needed.
- Airflow: the condenser breathes through the front grille, so keep it clear and wash the filter regularly. If you build the counter into joinery, allow a duct opening for the condenser exhaust as shown on the Williams data sheet.
- Drain: none needed. The vaporiser evaporates defrost water.

What is the difference between With canopy and Without canopy?
The canopy is the square glass sneeze guard that sits over the blown-air well. Without canopy (model HJ1SCBA-000-N) gives you the same refrigerated well, pans and cabinet with no glass guard on top.
Can I use bigger pans in the well?
Yes. The well opening takes either 2 rows of 5 x 1/6 GN pans (the 10 pans included) or 1 row of 5 x 1/3 GN pans. Williams also offers different pan modules at the time of order. Ask us for details.
Can I get it in black, or with locks or legs?
Yes. Black Colorbond, cylindrical locks, 150mm adjustable legs instead of castors, extra shelves and larger castors for a 900mm bench height are all options at the time of order. Ask us for a price.
