The Williams Jade Sandwich HJ3SCBASS is the biggest counter in the Jade Sandwich range, in a stainless steel finish inside and out. It holds 24 x 1/6 GN pans in a refrigerated blown-air well, with 750 litres of storage behind three self-closing solid doors, and keeps everything at +1°C to +4°C from a 10 amp plug. Made in Australia for large cafes, caterers, canteens and franchise sandwich outlets, it is 2476mm wide and comes with or without the square glass canopy. The HJ3SCBA is the white Colorbond version, and the HJ2SCBASS and HJ1SCBASS are the shorter stainless models.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: at 2476mm long and 240 kg this needs a clear path and a couple of people to position it. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so measure doorways and turns before you order.
- Canopy: With canopy gives you the square glass sneeze guard over the pans. Without canopy (HJ3SCBASS-000-N) is the same counter with an open well.
- Power: standard 10 amp power point, 2 m cable. No electrician is needed.
- Airflow: keep the front condenser grille clear and wash its filter regularly. If you build the counter into joinery, allow a duct opening for the condenser exhaust.
- Drain: none needed.

Can I run it in a hot kitchen?
Williams builds the Jade Sandwich range with a high ambient rating for hard-working environments, with the condenser mounted at the front so it draws room air through the grille. Keep that grille clear and the filter clean.
Is the well easy to clean?
Yes. The blown-air ducts lift out, the stainless steel well is fully enclosed, and the condenser filter is washable. The refrigeration system sits in a removable cassette for servicing.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It plugs into a standard 10 amp power point, so no trade is needed to connect it.
