Williams Banksia HSP30UBASS - 2 Door Stainless Steel Prep Counter Fridge With Angled Blown Air Well 1800mm 500L
With 30 x 1/6 GN pans tilted towards the customer on an angled blown-air well, the Williams Banksia HSP30UBASS is built for salad bars, sandwich shops and cafes that serve from a long display of fillings. This is the stainless steel version, inside and out, for counters that are on show and scrubbed down every day. The pans come in 65mm and 100mm depths and hold +1°C to +4°C, with 500 litres of chilled storage behind two solid doors. It is Australian made, 1800mm wide, and plugs into a 10 amp outlet. The HSP30UBA is the white Colorbond version, the HSP18UBASS is the single door model, and the HSP5UBASS swaps the angled well for a flat one with 1/1 pans.

Good to know before you buy:
- Canopy: Banksia counters must have a canopy fitted, by Williams or others, or the warranty is affected. With canopy gives you the square glass canopy with rear sliding covers. Only choose Without canopy (HSP30UBASS-000-N) if you are fitting your own.
- Access: 1800mm long, 880mm deep, 907mm high on castors and 210 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so measure doorways and turns and have help to position it.
- Power: standard 10 amp power point, 2 m cable. No electrician is needed.
- Airflow: the condenser draws air through the front grille. Keep it clear, wash the filter, and allow a duct opening for the condenser exhaust if the counter is built into joinery.
- Drain: none needed.
Compare similar models:
- Williams HSP30UBA: the same two door angled-well counter in white Colorbond
- Williams HSP18UBASS: single door, 250 litres and 18 x 1/6 GN pans, 1118mm wide
- Williams HSP5UBASS: same width with a flat well for 5 x 1/1 GN pans, 150mm deep
- Williams HJ2SCBASS: Jade Sandwich stainless two door counter with a flat well for 18 x 1/6 GN pans
Common questions:
What is the difference between the Banksia and Jade Sandwich counters?
The Banksia has a sloped, angled well that presents the pans to the customer and holds more of them (30 against 18 on the two door Jade), with a deeper 880mm body. The Jade Sandwich has a flat well and a shallower 771mm body for kitchen-side prep.
Is a canopy compulsory?
Williams says Banksia models require a canopy, fitted by Williams or others, and that running without one affects the warranty. Order With canopy unless you have your own guard ready to fit.
Does it need a special power point?
No. It draws 5.0 A when running and plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet with its 2 m cable.

Warranty: Williams 24-month parts and labour warranty from the date of invoice on this self-contained unit, carried out by Williams authorised service agents on the Australian mainland. Warranty repairs must be logged with Williams first. A canopy must be fitted (by Williams or others) or the warranty is affected.
