The Williams Banksia HSP30UBA lines up 30 x 1/6 GN pans on a sloped, angled blown-air well, which makes it the pick for a self-serve salad bar, a long sandwich counter or a cafe that wants its fillings on show. The pans come in 65mm and 100mm depths and sit in refrigerated air at +1°C to +4°C, with 500 litres of storage behind two self-closing solid doors underneath. It is made in Australia, 1800mm wide, and runs from a 10 amp plug. The HSP18UBA is the single door version with 18 pans, the HSP5UBA is the same size with a flat well for 1/1 pans, and the HSP30UBASS is this counter in stainless steel.

Good to know before you buy:

• Canopy: Williams requires a canopy on Banksia counters, fitted by Williams or others. Choose With canopy for the square glass canopy with rear sliding covers. If you choose Without canopy (HSP30UBA-000-N) you must fit your own, or the warranty is affected.
• Access: at 1800mm long, 880mm deep and 210 kg, plan the route in and have help to position it. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
• Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp power point with a 2 m cable. No electrician is needed.
• Airflow: keep the front condenser grille clear and wash the filter regularly. Allow a duct opening for the condenser exhaust if the counter is built into joinery.
• Drain: none needed. The vaporiser evaporates defrost water.

Common questions:

Are all 30 pans refrigerated?
Yes. The well blows refrigerated air over and under every pan, and the stainless steel well is fully enclosed so nothing drops into the cabinet below.

Can I swap the castors for legs or raise the bench height?
Yes. The castors are threaded for a simple changeover to 150mm adjustable legs (adds 30mm to the height), and larger castors are available for a bench height of about 900mm. Both are options at the time of order. Ask us.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It plugs into a standard 10 amp power point, so no trade is needed to connect it.
