The Williams Banksia HSP5UBASS is the stainless steel version of the 1800mm flat-well Banksia counter: five full-size 1/1 GN pans, 150mm deep, in a refrigerated blown-air well, with 500 litres of storage behind self-closing solid doors below (listed as a two door cabinet on the Williams data sheet and price guide). Stainless inside and out, it suits open kitchens, bowl bars, caterers and canteens that portion from big pans all day. It holds +1°C to +4°C from a 10 amp plug and is designed and built in Australia. The HSP5UBA is the white Colorbond version, the HSP3UBASS is the shorter three pan model, and the HSP30UBASS has an angled well for 30 x 1/6 pans.

Good to know before you buy:
- Canopy: Banksia counters must have a canopy fitted, by Williams or others, or the warranty is affected. With canopy gives you the square glass canopy with rear sliding covers. Only choose Without canopy (HSP5UBASS-000-N) if you are fitting your own.
- Access: 1800mm long, 880mm deep, 937mm high on castors and 210 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so measure doorways and turns and have help to position it.
- Power: standard 10 amp power point, 2 m cable. No electrician is needed.
- Airflow: the condenser draws air through the front grille. Keep it clear, wash the filter, and allow a duct opening for the condenser exhaust if the counter is built into joinery.
- Drain: none needed.

Common questions:
Is the well refrigerated from above as well as below?
Yes. It is a blown-air well, so refrigerated air is forced over and under all five pans, and the removable ducts lift out for cleaning.
Can I have the services on the other side or add drawers?
Williams lists drawers, locks, legs, larger castors and stainless steel shelves as options for its prep counters at the time of order. Ask us about the layout you need.
Is it suitable for home use?
No. Williams builds these counters for commercial kitchens and does not warrant them for domestic use.
