The Williams Banksia HSP3UBASS is a stainless steel prep counter with a flat blown-air well for three full-size 1/1 GN pans, 150mm deep, which makes it a bulk-ingredient station for bowl bars, caterers, canteens and cafes rather than a many-small-pans sandwich line. Its stainless finish inside and out suits open kitchens and heavy wash-downs. The well and the 250 litre cabinet below both hold +1°C to +4°C from a 10 amp plug, and the counter is made in Australia. The HSP3UBA is the white Colorbond version, the HSP5UBASS stretches to five 1/1 pans, and the HSP18UBASS has an angled well for 18 x 1/6 pans.

Good to know before you buy:
- Canopy: Banksia counters must have a canopy fitted, by Williams or others, or the warranty is affected. With canopy gives you the square glass canopy with rear sliding covers. Only choose Without canopy (HSP3UBASS-000-N) if you are fitting your own.
- Access: 1120mm wide, 880mm deep, 937mm high on castors and 160 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check doorways and corners.
- Power: standard 10 amp power point, 2 m cable. No electrician is needed.
- Airflow: the condenser breathes through the front grille, so keep it clear and wash the filter. Allow a duct opening for the condenser exhaust if the counter is built into joinery.
- Drain: none needed.

Common questions:
How deep are the pans?
The three 1/1 GN pans included are 150mm deep, and the well is built to accept 150mm deep pans. Refrigerated air passes over and under them.
Can I lock it or put it on legs?
Yes. Cylindrical locks, 150mm adjustable legs instead of castors (adds 30mm to the height), larger castors, extra shelves and stainless steel shelves are options at the time of order. Ask us for a price.
Does it need a drain?
No. Defrost water is handled by the waste heat recovery vaporiser, so the only connection is a 10 amp power point.
