Two glass doors, 900 litres and a stainless steel finish make the Williams Quartz Star HQS2GSHC a good fit for delis, food halls, commissary kitchens and cafes that need to see stock at a glance and wipe the cabinet down at the end of service. It is made in Australia, holds +1°C to +4°C, is rated for rooms up to 40°C and plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet. The refrigeration system is bottom-mounted in a removable cassette, so the top of the cabinet stays clear. The HQS2GWHC and HQS2GBHC are the same fridge in white or black Colorbond; the HQS2SSHC is the solid door stainless steel version.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: the cabinet is 1225mm wide, 740mm deep and 2000mm high on its castors, and weighs 230 kg. It arrives by tailgate truck at the front of your premises, so check doorways and the path to its final position.
- Power: standard 10 amp plug with a 2 m cable. No electrician needed.
- Airflow: the cassette breathes through the grille at the base of the cabinet. Keep it clear and leave a little room around the sides.
- Finish: the rear and underside are not stainless steel as standard. A stainless steel rear and underside is an option.
