A stainless steel cabinet with two solid doors and 900 litres inside, the Williams Quartz Star HQS2SSHC is the workhorse of the two-door Quartz Star line-up for hot commercial kitchens. It is rated for room temperatures up to 43°C, holds +1°C to +4°C, runs on R290 refrigerant and plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet. Made in Australia, it has its refrigeration system in a removable cassette at the base of the cabinet, keeping the top clear. The HQS2SWHC is the same fridge in white Colorbond, and the HQS2GSHC is the glass door display version.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: the cabinet is 1225mm wide, 740mm deep and 2000mm high on its castors, and weighs 230 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery does not include bringing it inside, so measure the route first.
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet with a 2 m cable.
- Airflow: keep the grille at the base of the cabinet clear so the cassette can breathe, and leave some room around the unit.
- Finish: the rear and underside are not stainless steel as standard; a stainless steel rear and underside is an option.

Is this a gastronorm cabinet?
No. The Quartz Star uses plastic-coated wire shelves and is a general-purpose upright. For a cabinet built around 2/1 GN pans and tray slides, look at the Williams Garnet HG2SSHC.
Can I get it with locks?
Yes. Cylindrical locks are an option at the time of order. Ask us for a price.
Can I use it at home?
No. Williams builds these cabinets for commercial use and does not warrant them for domestic applications.
