Williams Garnet HG2SSHC - 2 Door 2/1 GN Stainless Steel Upright Fridge 1400mm 1270L
With two doors and 1270 litres, the Williams Garnet HG2SSHC is the bulk-storage fridge for kitchens that prep and hold food in 2/1 gastronorm pans: hotels, clubs, caterers and production kitchens. It holds +1°C to +4°C, is rated for 40°C kitchens, and runs on 3.10 kWh a day in testing, from a standard 10 amp plug. Williams builds it in Australia with a stainless steel interior and exterior, top-mounted refrigeration and R290 refrigerant. The LG2SSHC is the freezer twin; the HG1SSHC is the single door version at 610 litres.
Key features:
- 2/1 GN cabinet: full-size gastronorm pans sit on the shelves or run on dedicated anti-tilt tray slides
- 1270 litres of storage with four 2/1 GN plastic-coated shelves per door (8 in total)
- Holds +1°C to +4°C and is rated for 40°C kitchens
- CoolSmart electronic controller for even temperatures and reduced running costs
- Top-mounted refrigeration system for simple maintenance and servicing
- Waste heat recovery vaporiser, so no external drain is needed
- Easy-clean coved internal liner, full-length door handles and cylindrical locks fitted as standard
- Auto defrost and LED interior lighting

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: the cabinet is 1400mm wide, 824mm deep and 1974mm high on its castors, and weighs 220 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises and is not carried inside, so measure doorways and corridors first.
- Power: a standard 10 amp power point with a 2 m cable. No electrician needed.
- Airflow: the refrigeration system is on top. Leave clear space above and around the cabinet so warm air can get away.
- Drain: none needed. The vaporiser evaporates the defrost water.

Common questions:
How many 2/1 GN pans will it hold?
It comes with four shelves per door that each take a 2/1 GN pan, and you can add pairs of anti-tilt slides to run pans directly without shelves. The number of positions depends on pan depth. Ask us about extra slides.
Can I get it with a different temperature range?
Yes. A -2°C to +2°C meat range, a 0°C to +3°C chilled food range or a +5°C to +10°C wine range can be specified when you order.
Do you install it?
No installation is needed. It plugs into a standard 10 amp power point and has no drain. We supply the equipment only.
