Williams Garnet Bakery RGB2SSHC - 2 Door 2/1 GN Stainless Steel Upright Bakery Retarder 1400mm 1270L
For a production bakery that retards a lot of dough overnight, the Williams Garnet Bakery RGB2SSHC gives you two solid stainless steel doors, 1270 litres and twenty pairs of slides for 600mm x 400mm bakery trays, ten behind each door. It holds -5°C to +3°C to slow proving, is designed and made in Australia for 40°C bakeries, and runs on R290 natural refrigerant from a single 10 amp plug with no drain to connect. It is the two-door big brother of the RGB1SSHC; the LGB2SSHC is the same cabinet as a freezer.

- R290 natural refrigerant
