Bakery refrigeration is built around bakers trays rather than gastronorm pans, so dough, pastries and finished cakes can be stored on the same trays they're made and baked on. Bakers Mate cabinets accept both 16 inch and 18 inch bakers wires and trays (not included) and come in fridge and freezer versions, each in single and double door widths.
