Bakers Mate BMC1 - Single Door Bakery Fridge
The Bakers Mate BMC1 is a single door upright fridge made for bakeries, patisseries and cafes that bake on site. Instead of standard shelves it has 16 pairs of stainless steel runners, so it takes 16 inch or 18 inch bakers trays or 600 x 400mm trays, and holds 550 litres in a 700mm wide stainless steel cabinet. It is rated for kitchens up to 40°C and has a removable top-mounted cooling unit. The BMF1 is the matching freezer, and the BMC2 doubles the space with two doors.

Good to know before you buy:
- Trays: trays and bakers wires are not included. The runners suit 16 inch, 18 inch or 600 x 400mm trays.
- Access: the cabinet is 700mm wide, 940mm deep and 1980mm tall. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking, so check doorways and corners.
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp power point.
- Airflow: the cooling unit sits on top, so leave clear space above the cabinet and keep the condenser clean.
