Forty trays of dough retarding overnight is a serious production load, and the Williams Crystal RC2TSS is built for it. Its two solid stainless steel doors open onto 1630 litres and twenty pairs of tray slides behind each door, at 75mm spacing, fitted at the factory for 18" x 30", 16" x 30" or 600mm x 400mm trays. The cabinet holds -5°C to +3°C, is made in Australia for 40°C bakeries, and runs from a single 10 amp plug with top-mounted refrigeration and no drain. The single door RC1TSS is the smaller option; the LC2TSS is this cabinet as a freezer.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: 1466mm wide, 922mm deep, 2128mm high and 230 kg. This is a big cabinet, so walk the route from the kerb to its final position before you order. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
• Power: standard 10 amp power point, but it draws 5.3 A running, so give it a circuit of its own where you can.
• Tray size: nominate 18" x 30", 16" x 30" or 600mm x 400mm slides when you order. Trays are not included.
• Airflow: top-mounted refrigeration, so keep the top clear and the room ventilated.

Can I have it on legs instead of castors?
Yes. Williams offers 150mm adjustable legs, supplied loose, which add 30mm to the overall height. Ask us when you order.

Do you install it?
No. The self-contained cabinet plugs into a 10 amp outlet and has no drain. We supply the equipment only.
