The Bakers Mate BMF1 is a single door bakery freezer that holds trays, not shelves: 16 pairs of stainless steel runners take 16 inch or 18 inch bakers trays or 600 x 400mm trays, ready for frozen dough, pastries and par-baked stock. It offers 550 litres in a 700mm wide, 304-grade stainless steel cabinet with a -18°C setpoint, and is rated for kitchens up to 40°C. It matches the BMC1 bakery fridge in size, and the BMF2 is the double door version.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: the cabinet is 700mm wide, 940mm deep and 1980mm tall. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking, so measure doorways first.
• Power: plug-in on a standard 10 amp outlet.
• Airflow: the cooling unit is on top, so keep the space above the cabinet clear and the condenser clean.
• Trays: trays and wires are not included.
