Williams Garnet Bakery LGB2SSHC - 2 Door 2/1 GN Stainless Steel Upright Bakery Freezer 1400mm 1270L
The Williams Garnet Bakery LGB2SSHC is the largest freezer in the Garnet Bakery range: two solid stainless steel doors, 1270 litres and ten pairs of 600mm x 400mm tray slides behind each door. It holds -13°C to -21°C with electric defrost, so frozen dough, croissants and pies stay ready for the oven without ice building up. Designed and built in Australia for 40°C bakeries, it runs on R290 natural refrigerant from one 10 amp plug and needs no drain. The RGB2SSHC is the retarder version of this cabinet, and the LGB1SSHC is the single-door freezer.
Key features:
- Two-door bakery freezer holding -13°C to -21°C, 1270 litres
- Twenty pairs of tray slides in total (ten per door) for 600mm x 400mm bakery trays, 75mm apart, trays not supplied
- Electric automatic defrost
- Australian designed and manufactured, rated for 40°C working environments
- CoolSmart electronic controller for energy efficiency and even temperatures
- R290 natural refrigerant
- Top-mounted removable refrigeration system for easy servicing
- Waste heat recovery vaporiser, so no external drain
- Easy-clean coved internal liner, threaded castors with simple leg changeover

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: 1400mm wide, 824mm deep, 1974mm high and 220 kg. Check doorways, ramps and corners before delivery day. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
- Power: standard 10 amp power point. It draws 3.6 A running, so avoid sharing a circuit with other heavy loads.
- Airflow: the refrigeration system is on top of the cabinet. Keep that space clear in a warm bakery.
- Capacity note: Williams rates this cabinet at 1270 litres. Trays are not included; extra pairs of slides and 150mm legs in place of castors (adds 30mm to the height) are available on request.
Compare similar models:

Common questions:
Is each door a separate compartment?
Williams lists it as one 1270 litre cabinet with ten pairs of slides behind each of the two doors, all held at the same -13°C to -21°C setting.
Will it keep up in a hot bakery?
Yes. The Garnet Bakery range is rated for working environments up to 40°C.
Do you install it?
No installation is needed. It plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet and has no drain to connect. We supply the equipment only.
