Williams Garnet Bakery LGB1SSHC - 1 Door 2/1 GN Stainless Steel Upright Bakery Freezer 727mm 610L
Bakeries that freeze dough, pastries or finished product in bulk need a freezer that takes their trays, and the Williams Garnet Bakery LGB1SSHC is built for exactly that. It is designed and made in Australia for rooms up to 40°C, runs on R290 natural refrigerant from a 10 amp plug and needs no drain. Its retarder twin is the RGB1SSHC, and the LGB2SSHC is the two-door version.

It has ten pairs of slides for 600mm x 400mm bakery trays, spaced 75mm apart. Trays are not included.
How cold does it go?
Williams rates it at -13°C to -21°C, with electric defrost so ice does not build up on the evaporator.
