The Williams Crystal LC1TSS is an Australian-made upright bakery freezer sized for 16 inch and 18 inch trays, with 730 litres behind a single solid stainless steel door. Twenty pairs of slides at 75mm spacing take 18" x 30", 16" x 30" or 600mm x 400mm trays, chosen when you order, and the cabinet holds -13°C to -21°C in bakeries up to 40°C. The refrigeration sits on top where it is easy to get at, and the waste heat vaporiser means there is no drain to run. It is the freezer twin of the RC1TSS retarder; the LC2TSS is the two-door version.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: 2128mm high, 737mm wide and 922mm deep, 160 kg. Measure the doorway height and any tight turns. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
- Power: standard 10 amp power point, 4.5 A while running. Give it a circuit that is not shared with ovens or mixers.
- Tray size: choose 18" x 30", 16" x 30" or 600mm x 400mm slides when you order. Trays are not included.
- Airflow: top-mounted system, so keep the top of the cabinet clear.

Common questions:
Can I use 600 x 400 trays in it?
Yes. Williams can fit 600mm x 400mm slides instead of the 16 or 18 inch slides. Just tell us which size you need when you order.
Is it suitable for home use?
No. Williams builds the Crystal for commercial bakeries and does not warrant its cabinets for domestic use.
Do you install it?
There is nothing to install. It plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet and has no drain. We supply the equipment only.

Warranty: Williams 24-month parts and labour warranty from the date of invoice on this self-contained unit, carried out by Williams authorised service agents on the Australian mainland (12 months parts only if connected to a remote condensing unit). Warranty repairs must be logged with Williams first.
