Williams Garnet LG1SSHC - 1 Door 2/1 GN Stainless Steel Upright Freezer 727mm 610L
The Williams Garnet LG1SSHC is the freezer in the single door Garnet family: 610 litres at -18°C to -22°C in a stainless steel cabinet sized for 2/1 gastronorm pans. It suits restaurant, hotel and catering kitchens that freeze in full-size trays and want a cabinet that keeps working in a 40°C room. Made in Australia, it has top-mounted refrigeration, electric auto defrost, R290 refrigerant and a standard 10 amp plug. The HG1SSHC is the fridge version of the same cabinet, and the LG2SSHC is the two-door freezer.
Key features:
- 2/1 GN cabinet: full-size gastronorm pans sit on the shelves or run on dedicated anti-tilt tray slides
- 610 litres of frozen storage with four 2/1 GN plastic-coated shelves
- Holds -18°C to -22°C and is rated for 40°C kitchens
- CoolSmart electronic controller for even temperatures and reduced running costs
- Electric auto defrost with a waste heat recovery vaporiser, so no drain is needed
- Top-mounted refrigeration system for simple maintenance and servicing
- Easy-clean coved internal liner, full-length door handle and cylindrical lock fitted as standard
- LED interior lighting
- R290 natural hydrocarbon refrigerant
- Threaded castors that can be changed to legs, built in Dandenong South, Victoria

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: 727mm wide, 824mm deep, 1974mm high on castors and 170 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; moving it inside is up to you, so check the route.
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet with a 2 m cable. No electrician needed.
- Airflow: the condenser is on top of the cabinet. Leave space above and around it so warm air can escape, especially in a hot kitchen.
- Drain: none needed. Defrost water is evaporated by the vaporiser.

Common questions:
How does it defrost?
Automatically, with an electric defrost on freezer models. The water goes to the waste heat recovery vaporiser and evaporates, so there is no drain to connect.
Can I add more shelves or slides?
Yes. Extra plastic-coated shelves (which need their own slides), extra pairs of slides for shelves or GN pans, and stainless steel shelf upgrades are all available. Ask us for a price.
What does the "HC" in the model code mean?
Hydrocarbon. The LG1SSHC runs on R290, a natural refrigerant with a very low global warming potential.
