With 777 litres behind two sets of split doors, the Williams Topaz Upright HT2SSHC is the big back-of-house fridge in the Topaz cafe range. It runs at +1°C to +4°C, is designed for a 38°C ambient and still plugs into an ordinary 10 amp power point. Each of the two openings has an upper and a lower door, and the internal fans cut out whenever a door is opened, so the cabinet keeps its cold even with staff in and out all day. It is 1210mm wide, so it takes roughly the floor space of two single door uprights while using one compressor.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: at 1210mm wide, 760mm deep, 1950mm high and 146 kg, this is a two-person move. Check doorways and the path to its final position. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.

Common questions:
Can I set the two sides to different temperatures?
No. One refrigeration system and one controller serve the whole 777 litre cabinet, so both sides run at the same +1°C to +4°C.
Why does it have four doors if it is a two door fridge?
Each of the two openings is closed by an upper and a lower door. Opening just one of the four doors spills far less cold air than swinging open a full-height door.
Does it come with shelves?
Yes. Eight adjustable plastic-coated shelves are included, four on each side, on adjustable strips and clips.
