Williams Topaz Upright HTB2GBHC - 2 Door Black Upright Display Fridge 1250mm 800L
Black cabinet, two triple-glazed glass doors and 800 litres of lit display space: the Williams Topaz Upright HTB2GBHC is built for the front of a cafe, where drinks and grab-and-go food need to be seen. It holds +1°C to +5°C, is designed for a 38°C ambient and runs from a 10 amp plug on R290 natural refrigerant. Unlike the solid door Topaz Uprights, which have a top-mounted system, the HTB2GBHC carries its refrigeration in the base, and its glass doors self-close and lock. It is the only glass door model in the Topaz Upright line-up; for a stainless steel storage fridge of similar size, look at the HT2SSHC.
Key features:
- 800 litres of display refrigeration at +1°C to +5°C
- Two self-closing triple-glazed glass doors with cylindrical door locks
- Black finish inside and out (excluding the rear and underside) that shows off product
- 8 adjustable black-coated wire shelves (4 per side) on adjustable strips and clips
- Internal LED lighting (6500K) and an electronic controller with digital temperature display
- Bottom-mounted self-contained refrigeration system with optimised ducted air flow
- Auto defrost using a waste heat recovery vaporiser, so no drain is needed
- R290 natural refrigerant and a 38°C ambient rating
- Supplied on 120mm castors

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: at 2000mm high, 1250mm wide, 750mm deep and 200 kg, this is a big, heavy cabinet. Measure every doorway on the route and plan a two-person move. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
- Power: standard 10 amp power point, 2 m cable, 2.6 A while running.
- Airflow: the refrigeration system is in the base. Keep the lower grille clear of boxes and dust so it can draw air, especially in a hot shopfront.
- Glass doors: glass doors show product but let in more heat than solid doors, so position it out of direct afternoon sun where you can.

Common questions:
Is it suitable for drinks as well as food?
Yes. At +1°C to +5°C with lit black shelving and glass doors, it suits cold drinks, sandwiches, salads and other grab-and-go lines in a cafe or convenience store.
Where is the compressor?
In the base of the cabinet. That keeps the weight low and leaves the top clear, but the front grille at the bottom must stay unobstructed.
Do you install it?
No installation is needed. It plugs into a 10 amp outlet and evaporates its own defrost water. We supply the equipment only.
