Williams Quartz Star HQS2SWHC - 2 Door White Colorbond Upright Storage Fridge 1225mm 900L
The Williams Quartz Star HQS2SWHC is a two-door solid door storage fridge for restaurant, cafe and takeaway kitchens that need 900 litres of back-of-house cold storage in a cabinet that can handle the heat. It is made in Australia, holds +1°C to +4°C, plugs into a 10 amp power point and keeps its refrigeration system in a removable cassette under the cabinet. The HQS2SSHC is the same fridge in stainless steel.

Common questions:
Why is the solid door version rated for a hotter room?
A solid insulated door keeps more cold in than glass, so Williams rates the solid door Quartz Star for 43°C rooms against 40°C for the glass door models.
Can it be built as a pass-through?
Yes. Pass-through versions with solid or glass doors to the rear are available on refrigerator models at the time of order. Ask us for details.
Does it need a drain or an electrician?
Neither. It plugs into a 10 amp power point and the vaporiser evaporates the defrost water. We supply the equipment only.
