The Williams Ruby Roll-In HRMR3T is the largest roll-in fridge in the Ruby range: three doors, three 2/1 GN trolley bays and 4359 litres of chilled storage across a 2795mm frontage. It is built for central production kitchens, hospitals, aged care, large hotels and event caterers that handle food by the rack. The cabinet holds +1°C to +4°C, is designed for 40°C environments and runs from a 15 amp power point. It arrives as cam-locked modular panels for assembly on site, with a top-mounted POD refrigeration system. The fridge version is supplied without an internal floor; the LRMR3T freezer has a 90mm insulated floor.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: needs a 15 amp power point. If you do not have one, it must be installed by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
- Assembly: the cabinet is delivered as panels and assembled on site by your refrigeration contractor or shopfitter. Because it is modular, the panels can be carried through normal doorways before assembly.
- Space: assembled, it is 2795mm wide, 982mm deep and 2370mm high, and weighs 550 kg. Allow ceiling height for the POD unit on top. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
- Floor: no internal floor is fitted, so trolleys roll in from your floor. The optional 90mm insulated floor must be recessed or used with a ramp.
- Trolleys: not included. Check your 2/1 GN trolleys are under 1776mm high.

Common questions:
Why is it modular rather than one piece?
A cabinet almost 2.8 metres wide and 2.37 metres high would not fit through most doors. The Ruby Roll-In is delivered as cam-locked panels that are carried in and assembled where the cabinet will stand.
Can it be made roll-through?
Yes. A roll-through version with doors on both sides is an option; it increases the cabinet depth by 57mm. Ask us before you order.
Do you install it?
No. We supply the equipment only. Assembly on site is arranged with your contractor, and any new 15 amp outlet is fitted by a licensed electrician.
