Two doors, two 2/1 GN trolleys and 2801 litres of chilled space: the Williams Ruby Roll-In HRMR2T is a roll-in fridge for hotels, large caterers, central production units and institutional kitchens that chill food by the rack. It holds +1°C to +4°C, is designed for 40°C environments and runs from a 15 amp power point. Like the rest of the Ruby range it is built from cam-locked modular panels assembled on site, with a top-mounted POD refrigeration system and self-closing doors. The fridge version has no internal floor, so trolleys roll in at floor level; the LRMR2T freezer comes with a 90mm insulated floor.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: needs a 15 amp power point, which has a wider earth pin than a standard outlet. If you do not have one, it must be installed by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
- Assembly: the cabinet arrives as panels and is assembled on site by your refrigeration contractor or shopfitter. Allow for the 2370mm height plus the POD unit on top.
- Access: assembled, it is 1850mm wide, 982mm deep and 2370mm high, and weighs 450 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
- Floor: no internal floor is fitted, so trolleys roll in from your floor. The optional 90mm insulated floor must be recessed or used with a ramp.
- Trolleys: not included. Check your 2/1 GN trolleys are under 1776mm high.

Common questions:
Can each door be used independently?
Each door opens onto its own trolley bay, so you can load or unload one rack while the other stays shut. The cabinet runs as one refrigerated space on a single controller.
What does the POD refrigeration system mean?
The compressor, condenser and evaporator are packaged in a unit that sits on top of the cabinet. It is designed to be removed for servicing without dismantling the cabinet.
Do you install it?
No. We supply the equipment only. Assembly of the panels is done on site by your contractor, and the 15 amp outlet, if you need one fitted, is a job for a licensed electrician.
