With two trolley bays and 2801 litres at -18°C to -22°C, the Williams Ruby Roll-In LRMR2T is a roll-in freezer for central production kitchens, hotels, caterers and institutions that freeze food by the rack. Each door takes a 2/1 GN trolley. The cabinet is designed for 40°C environments, runs from a 15 amp power point and comes with a 90mm insulated floor as standard, so it must be recessed or used with a ramp. Like the HRMR2T fridge, it is built from cam-locked modular panels assembled on site, with a top-mounted POD refrigeration system.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: needs a 15 amp power point, which has a wider earth pin than a standard outlet. If you do not have one, it must be installed by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
- Floor: the 90mm insulated floor raises the entry above your floor level, so the cabinet must be recessed or used with an external ramp. A metal checker plate ramp is an option.
- Assembly: delivered as panels and assembled on site by your refrigeration contractor or shopfitter. Allow for the 2460mm height plus the POD on top.
- Access: assembled, it is 1850mm wide, 982mm deep and 2460mm high, and weighs 450 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
- Trolleys: not included. Check your 2/1 GN trolleys are under 1776mm high.

Common questions:
How does it defrost at freezer temperatures?
Automatically. The defrost water goes to the waste heat recovery vaporiser and evaporates, so there is no drain to connect.
Can I get a window in the door?
Yes. A glass view panel is an option on Ruby Roll-In doors, and an internal light can be added as well. Ask us before you order.
Do you install it?
No. We supply the equipment only. Assembly on site is arranged with your contractor, the floor recess or ramp is your responsibility, and any new 15 amp outlet must be fitted by a licensed electrician.
