The Williams Ruby Roll-In LRMR1T is a single door roll-in freezer for one 2/1 GN trolley, so a catering, hotel or production kitchen can freeze a full rack of trays without unloading it. It holds -18°C to -22°C in a 1237 litre cabinet, is designed for 40°C environments and plugs into a standard 10 amp power point. The freezer is fitted with a 90mm insulated floor, which is why it stands 2460mm high (90mm taller than the HRMR1T fridge) and needs to be recessed into the floor or used with a ramp. It is built from cam-locked modular panels assembled on site, with a top-mounted POD refrigeration system.

Good to know before you buy:
- Floor: the 90mm insulated floor sits above your floor level, so Williams requires the cabinet to be recessed or used with an external ramp. A metal checker plate ramp is available as an option.
- Assembly: the cabinet arrives as panels and is assembled on site by your refrigeration contractor or shopfitter. We supply the equipment only.
- Access: assembled, it is 905mm wide, 982mm deep and 2460mm high, and weighs 300 kg. Allow ceiling height for the POD on top. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp power point with a 2 m cable.
- Trolley: not included. Check your 2/1 GN trolley is under 1776mm high.

Common questions:
Why does the freezer need a ramp or a recess?
Freezer models are fitted with a 90mm insulated floor so they can hold -18°C to -22°C efficiently. That raises the entry 90mm above your floor, so the cabinet is either set into a recess or fitted with a ramp for the trolley.
Is the trolley included?
No. The LRMR1T is built around a standard 2/1 GN trolley, which you supply. Ask us if you need help choosing one.
Do you install it?
No. We supply the equipment only. The panels are assembled on site by your contractor, and the finished cabinet plugs into a standard 10 amp power point.
