Williams Ruby Roll-In LRMR3T - 3 Door Roll In Freezer 2795mm 4359L
The Williams Ruby Roll-In LRMR3T is the biggest freezer in the Ruby range: three doors, three 2/1 GN trolley bays and 4359 litres at -18°C to -22°C across a 2795mm frontage. It suits central production kitchens, hospitals, aged care, large hotels and event caterers that freeze whole racks at a time. It is designed for 40°C environments and, unlike the smaller Ruby models, needs a dedicated 25 amp power supply. A 90mm insulated floor is fitted as standard, so the cabinet must be recessed or used with a ramp. It is built from cam-locked modular panels assembled on site, with top-mounted POD refrigeration.
Key features:
- Takes 3 x 2/1 GN trolleys, one per door (trolleys not included), with 1776mm high door openings
- 90mm insulated floor fitted as standard on freezer models
- Cam-locked modular panels that fit tightly together, assembled on site
- Top-mounted POD refrigeration system for easy installation and servicing
- Holds -18°C to -22°C and is designed for 40°C environments
- CoolSmart adjustable electronic controller with digital temperature display
- Forced air refrigeration with an anti-corrosive coating on the evaporator coil
- Auto defrost with a waste heat recovery vaporiser, so no external drain
- Three self-closing solid doors with heavy-duty latches and removable balloon-type magnetic gaskets
- Stainless steel interior and exterior (excluding rear and underside) with a stainless steel internal floor

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: this model needs a dedicated 25 amp supply, not a standard power point. It must be connected by a licensed electrician, who should check that your switchboard has the capacity. We supply the equipment only.
- Floor: the 90mm insulated floor raises the entry above your floor level, so the cabinet must be recessed or used with an external ramp. A metal checker plate ramp is an option.
- Assembly: delivered as panels and assembled on site by your refrigeration contractor or shopfitter. Because it is modular, the panels fit through normal doorways before assembly.
- Space: assembled, it is 2795mm wide, 982mm deep and 2460mm high, and weighs 550 kg. Allow ceiling height for the POD on top. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
- Trolleys: not included. Check your 2/1 GN trolleys are under 1776mm high.
Compare similar models:
- Williams HRMR3T: the three-door fridge version, +1°C to +4°C, 15 amp plug
- Williams LRMR2T: two-door freezer for two trolleys, 1850mm wide, 15 amp plug
- Williams LRMR1T: single door freezer for one trolley, 905mm wide, 10 amp plug
- Williams WMBF100C: roll-in blast freezer for freezing cooked food quickly before it goes into storage
Common questions:
Why does this one need 25 amps when the two-door needs 15?
Three trolley bays of frozen storage need a lot more refrigeration capacity, and the LRMR3T draws 20 A in normal running. Williams specifies a 25 amp supply for it, so plan the electrical work before the cabinet arrives.
Can it be made roll-through?
Yes. A roll-through version with doors on both sides is an option; it increases the cabinet depth by 57mm. Ask us before you order.
Do you install it?
No. We supply the equipment only. Assembly on site is arranged with your contractor, the floor recess or ramp is your responsibility, and the 25 amp supply must be connected by a licensed electrician.
