The True T-23F-FLX-HC is a full-size, single-door upright that you can run as a freezer at -23°C or as a fridge at 0.5°C to 3.3°C, changed at the flip of a switch with True's Flex Temp technology. That flexibility suits seasonal menus, catering stock that comes and goes, or a kitchen that wants a spare cabinet ready for either job. It is the bigger sibling of the T-19F-FLX-HC, with 438 litres net in the deeper 750 mm cabinet, and it is rated for kitchens up to 40°C.

No. True describes Flex Temp as alternating between refrigerator and freezer operation, so the whole cabinet works in one mode at a time. The T-23DT-HC gives you both at once.
