Williams Garnet Roll-In LRG1 - 1 Door Roll In Freezer 800mm
The Williams Garnet Roll-In LRG1 is a single door roll-in freezer for a 1/1 GN trolley, built in Australia for bakeries, caterers and production kitchens that freeze whole racks of trays at a time. It holds -18°C to -22°C, is rated for 40°C environments and plugs into a standard 10 amp power point. Unlike its fridge twin, the HRG1, the freezer comes with a 90mm insulated floor fitted, which is why it stands 2190mm high and needs to be recessed into the floor or used with a ramp. The cabinet is a one-piece mono block, so there is no assembly on site.
Key features:
- Takes 1 x 1/1 GN trolley (trolley not included)
- 90mm insulated floor fitted as standard on the freezer model
- Mono block polyurethane construction: arrives as one piece, no assembly on site
- Holds -18°C to -22°C and is rated for 40°C environments
- CoolSmart adjustable electronic controller with digital temperature display
- Top-mounted refrigeration system for easy installation and servicing, with forced air circulation
- Auto defrost with a waste heat recovery vaporiser, so no external drain
- Self-closing solid door with a heavy-duty handle and a removable balloon-type magnetic gasket
- Hydrophilic coated evaporator for higher corrosion resistance, 304 grade stainless steel interior and exterior, made in Dandenong South, Victoria

Good to know before you buy:
- Floor: the 90mm insulated floor means the trolley cannot roll in from a flat floor. Williams requires cabinets with internal floors to be recessed into the floor or used with an external ramp. A metal checker plate ramp is available as an option.
- Access: 800mm wide, 827mm deep, 2190mm high and 250 kg. Castors and a brace are fitted for transport only. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises and does not include bringing it inside.
- Power: a standard 10 amp power point with a 2 m cable. No electrician needed.
- Airflow: the refrigeration system is on top, so leave clear space above and around the cabinet.
- Trolley: not included. Check your 1/1 GN trolley is under 1695mm high to clear the door opening.
Compare similar models:
- Williams HRG1: the fridge version, +1°C to +4°C, supplied without a floor
- Williams LRMR1T: Ruby Roll-In single door freezer for a 2/1 GN trolley, modular build
- Williams LG1SSHC: Garnet upright freezer with shelves and slides for 2/1 GN pans, 610 litres
Common questions:
Why does the freezer have a floor when the fridge does not?
A freezer needs an insulated floor to hold -18°C to -22°C efficiently and to stop the floor under it freezing. The 90mm floor is standard on the LRG1, which is why it needs a recess or a ramp for the trolley.
Is the trolley included?
No. The LRG1 is designed around a standard 1/1 GN trolley, which you supply. Ask us if you need help matching one.
Do you install it?
It plugs into a 10 amp power point, so no electrician is needed. The floor recess or ramp and final positioning are your responsibility. We supply the equipment only.
