Williams Garnet Roll-In HRG1 - 1 Door Roll In Fridge 800mm
The Williams Garnet Roll-In HRG1 is a single door roll-in fridge that takes a full 1/1 GN trolley, so a bakery, caterer or production kitchen can wheel a loaded rack of trays straight from the prep bench into chilled storage. It is a one-piece (mono block) cabinet made in Australia, with top-mounted refrigeration, a 40°C ambient rating and a standard 10 amp plug. The fridge version is supplied without an internal floor, so the trolley rolls in at floor level with no ramp. Its freezer twin, the LRG1, has a 90mm insulated floor. For 2/1 GN trolleys, look at the modular Williams Ruby Roll-In range.
Key features:
- Takes 1 x 1/1 GN trolley (trolley not included)
- Supplied without an internal floor, so trolleys roll straight in with no ramp or recess
- Mono block polyurethane construction: arrives as one piece, no assembly on site
- Holds +1°C to +4°C and is rated for 40°C environments
- CoolSmart adjustable electronic controller with digital temperature display
- Top-mounted refrigeration system for easy installation and servicing, with forced air circulation
- Auto defrost with a waste heat recovery vaporiser, so no external drain
- Self-closing solid door with a heavy-duty handle and a removable balloon-type magnetic gasket
- Hydrophilic coated evaporator for higher corrosion resistance, 304 grade stainless steel interior and exterior, made in Dandenong South, Victoria

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: the cabinet is 800mm wide, 827mm deep and 2100mm high, and weighs 250 kg. Castors and a brace are fitted for transport only. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises and is not carried inside, so plan the route and the lifting equipment.
- Floor: the HRG1 has no internal floor, so the trolley rolls in at floor level. If you want a 90mm insulated floor fitted, it must be recessed into your floor or used with a checker plate ramp (both are options).
- Power: a standard 10 amp power point with a 2 m cable. No electrician needed.
- Airflow: the refrigeration system sits on top, so leave clear space above and around the cabinet.
- Trolley: not included. Check your 1/1 GN trolley is under 1695mm high to clear the door opening.
Compare similar models:
- Williams LRG1: the freezer version, -18°C to -22°C, with a 90mm insulated floor
- Williams HRMR1T: Ruby Roll-In single door fridge for a 2/1 GN trolley, modular build
- Williams HG1SSHC: Garnet upright with shelves and slides for 2/1 GN pans, 610 litres
Common questions:
Is the trolley included?
No. The HRG1 is designed around a standard 1/1 GN trolley, which you supply. Ask us if you need help matching one.
Does it come in pieces?
No. The Garnet Roll-In is a mono block cabinet that arrives in one piece, unlike the modular Ruby Roll-In, which is assembled on site.
Do you install it?
It plugs into a standard 10 amp power point, so no electrician is needed. Positioning it, and any floor recess for an optional floor, is your responsibility. We supply the equipment only.
