The Williams Ruby Roll-In HRMR1T is a single door roll-in fridge sized for a full 2/1 GN trolley, so a hotel, catering or production kitchen can move a loaded rack of trays from prep to chilled storage without unloading it. The 1237 litre cabinet holds +1°C to +4°C, is designed for 40°C environments and plugs into a standard 10 amp power point. It is built from cam-locked modular panels that are assembled on site, with a top-mounted POD refrigeration system that lifts off for servicing. The fridge is supplied without an internal floor, so the trolley rolls straight in at floor level. The LRMR1T is the freezer version, and the HRMR2T and HRMR3T add a second and third door.

Good to know before you buy:
- Assembly: the cabinet arrives as a kit of panels and is assembled on site. We supply the equipment only, so arrange assembly with your refrigeration contractor or shopfitter and allow a 2370mm ceiling height plus clearance for the POD on top.
- Access: assembled, it is 905mm wide, 982mm deep and 2370mm high, and weighs 300 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp power point with a 2 m cable.
- Floor: no internal floor is fitted, so the trolley rolls in from your floor. If you add the optional 90mm insulated floor, the cabinet must be recessed or used with a ramp.
- Trolley: not included. Check your 2/1 GN trolley is under 1776mm high.

No. The HRMR1T is built around a standard 2/1 GN trolley, which you supply. Ask us if you need help choosing one.
Can I see inside without opening the door?
A glass view panel in the door is available as an option, along with an internal light. Ask us before you order.
Do you install it?
No. We supply the equipment only. The panels are assembled on site by your contractor, and the finished cabinet plugs into a standard 10 amp power point.
