Williams Blast Chiller WMBC120C - 120Kg Roll In Blast Chiller Combi Trolley Compatible 1670mm

Same chamber, more chilling power: the Williams WMBC120C uses the one-trolley roll-in cabinet of the WMBC90C but is rated to blast chill 120 kg of cooked food per 90-minute cycle, backed by a larger 10.3 kW refrigeration duty. A loaded 1/1 or 2/1 GN combi trolley rolls through the 900mm door, three core probes track the food, and the thermal printer logs every cycle for your HACCP records. It is a chill-only remote unit, with the condensing unit supplied separately by your refrigeration mechanic, and it suits hospital, aged care, school and central kitchens that cook in 100 kg plus batches. The WMBCF120C adds blast freezing on the same footprint.

Key features:

  • Blast chills up to 120 kg of cooked food per 90-minute cycle
  • 900mm wide door opening for one loaded 1/1 or 2/1 GN mobile rack or combi oven trolley
  • Easy Blast 1-2-3 control panel, three steps to start a cycle
  • Three core food temperature probes for accurate measurement and control
  • Thermal printer stores and prints cycle data for full HACCP compliance
  • Automatic defrost at the end of every blast cycle or every six hours
  • Switches to storage mode automatically at the end of each cycle
  • AirSmart airflow design for even chilling without product dehydration
  • Modular stainless steel panels delivered flat packed for fast installation

Good to know before you buy:

  • Remote refrigeration: the condensing unit is not included and must be sized for 10.3 kW at -15°C SST. Your refrigeration mechanic supplies and installs it with the pipework and controls; Williams can recommend sizing. We supply the equipment only.
  • Installation: delivered flat packed as modular panels, with the evaporator section in one piece, for erection on site by your installer. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
  • Power: 415 V three-phase at the control panel, connected by a licensed electrician.
  • Floor: as a chill-only model it is not supplied with the 90mm insulated floor, so no floor recess is needed and trolleys roll in at floor level.
  • Trolley: not listed in the standard supply; use your existing 1/1 or 2/1 GN combi trolley or rack.

Common questions:

How can the WMBC120C chill more than the WMBC90C when the chamber is the same size?
The chamber dimensions are identical, but Williams rates the WMBC120C for a higher refrigeration duty (10.3 kW against 8.6 kW at -15°C SST), so the same trolley load is chilled faster and the 90-minute rating covers 120 kg instead of 90 kg.

What records does it keep?
The thermal printer stores and prints the data from every blast cycle, including the core probe temperatures, so you have a printed record for HACCP audits.

Do you install it?
No. We supply the equipment only. The panels are assembled on site by your installer, power is connected by a licensed electrician and the refrigeration by a licensed refrigeration mechanic in your area.

Warranty: Williams 12-month parts-only warranty from the date of invoice, as this remote unit is connected to a separately supplied condensing unit. Warranty repairs must be logged with and authorised by Williams first.
