The Polaris PTS121L is a 12 tray upright blast chiller and shock freezer from the Target Smart range, sized for busy restaurants, hotels, bakeries and catering kitchens. It chills 45 kg from +90°C to +3°C or freezes 30 kg to -18°C per cycle, takes GN 1/1 or 600 x 400 trays, and records HACCP data automatically. It is twice the tray count of the PTS61-700L, and four trays fewer than the PTS161L, in a 1800 mm tall cabinet that runs on three-phase power.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: three-phase supply. It must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
• What's not included: trays and shelves are not supplied. Stainless steel shelves (GN 1/1 and 600 x 400) and a 4-wheel castor kit (RT) are available. Ask us for prices.
• Access: packed at 850 x 1000 x 1950 mm and 155 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check doorways and have help on hand to move it in.
• Airflow: keep the front grille clear and leave space around the cabinet.

Common questions:

Single phase or three phase?
The PTS121L needs a three-phase 400V supply. If you only have single-phase power, look at the 6 tray PTS61-700L.

Is there a water-cooled version?
Polaris lists water condensation as an option for the Target Smart range. Ask us if your site needs it.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician in your area.
